Live Sports are Driving FuboTV (FUBO) Demand

A month ago we issued a pair trade: Bullish FUBO, Bearish DISH. Since then, FuboTV shares have fallen amid overall market volatility, and DISH shares have mostly stagnated.  Our thesis remains. Why? Check out this chart showcasing live programming providers.

The X axis represents YoY growth in consumer demand, and the Y axis represents the percentage of positive mentions.  Translation: the upper right quadrant is the sweet spot.  Notice the company booking the highest YoY growth...by far: FUBO. On the flipside, check out DISH. The company is lagging in overall consumer happiness, and is second to last in YoY growth. Not where you want to be. FUBO releases 21Q1 earnings on May 11 after the bell. But its quarter ended March 31.

We're expecting a strong report. And we'll be watching for continued growth from here.
