When we see something happening on Main Street (via our powerful consumer data) that Wall Street is not yet expecting, we issue an Opportunity Alert describing what we’re seeing. It’s a PDF attached to an email that we send out to subscribers.
Some Opportunity Alerts are bullish, meaning we think the stock could rise significantly, while others are bearish, meaning we think the stock could fall quickly. You can profit from falling stocks via short-selling or through various options strategies. We discuss these strategies in the strategy webinar for full members.
Alerts are delivered via email, with a link inside that is clickable to open the full PDF report. In addition, the alerts are posted in our members’ only slack channel for full LikeFolio Members.
No. LikeFolio is not a “follow me” service. Every trader and investor has different goals, trading styles and risk tolerances. We are happy to provide updates on the social data through the Research Dashboard, so that you can make sure the original hypothesis for the alert is still intact.
No! Every alert is designed to take advantage of the statistical edge that LikeFolio’s data creates. But that doesn’t mean every trade you make will be a loser. In fact, if you’re looking for a 100% system, we suggest leaving this site right now 🙂
Yes. Every opportunity alert spells out the thinking behind the alert and the directional signal for the stock. You take that information and see if you want to take a position. It’s pretty simple, and fun!

How LikeFolio Discovers Shifts in Consumer Behaviors
